Meet The Chef

During the over 35 years in virtually every aspect of the hospitality industry in the public and private trade, in positions in esteemed kitchens throughout the region, Chef Robert A. Lhulier has earned acclaim from peers and the public alike. He has cooked for a sold-out audience at the James Beard House in New York, was guest chef at Charlie Trotter's eponymous restaurant in Chicago, was ranked among the top five chefs in the state by Zagat, and planned and executed the menu for elite clientele in an establishment that gained national recognition as the "most difficult reservation in America."

   Now Chef Robert has branched out on his own and is offering direct culinary services to clients with discerning tastes.  Uniquely tailored pop-up dinners and events to suit your lifestyle, from casual to special occasion, al fresco and elegant suppers.  Services available also include menu consultation, wine tasting parties, bread baking and pasta making, and basic and advanced skills in the kitchen.
